  1. Worked as a Physician and a Liaison Officer between hospital & consultants. Managed 9 medical officers (three per shift) and administrative staff (20 in number working in two shifts). Developed the new labor wing, recruited staff, and managed purchases for the Labor room and theatre. Implemented training courses for new recruits, for advanced cardiac life support, basic life support (ACLS and BLS), handling obstetric emergencies and safe motherhood.
  2. Worked as Manager Operations and a Physician, with a Consultant Dermatologist and Cosmetologist in a private medical practice i.e., ‘Skinnovate’ Dermatology and Hair Transplant for 4 years. Working 3 days a week in the evenings
